I just hired Bonny from OOS Concierge. She is going to take care of things that have been lost in my lack of time due to work and travel. Yesterday, Bonny purchased my groceries per my request. She not only bought and put the groceries away, she cleaned out the old stuff in my refrigerator, organized my pantry, and left recipes for me based upon what I requested that she purchase for me, since she knows that I don't cook. She anticipated my needs before I knew what they were.

No job is too small for Bonny. She cleaned out the "gunk" in my dishwasher, will be removing boxes from my move, assist in transcription, assist in my home office, take care of the errands that need to be handled so that I can enjoy my short time home on the weekends, etc.

Let me give you an example, so you understand how incredible Bonny is. She is going to get my car serviced, inspected, and get two new tires for my car. She not only agreed to take care of this on the weekend so I don't have to worry about finding another ride, but she called the service station ahead of time, made an appointment, and told them what tires I want to ensure that they have them in stock when she arrives.

I have never received such incredible service. She makes me feel like the most important person in the world. If you have never used a personal assistant, I would contact OOS Concierge with haste and get not only the help that you need, but receive more than you would ever expect!

Pros: Ten thumbs up! Incredible. Anticipates my needs before I know what they are!
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Bonny, I just wanted to take a minute to say a big THANKS! for taking such good care of our house while we were away!  After being gone for nearly 3 months, I really did not know what to expect when Jack and I got home.  The house was exactly as we had left it and even cleaner thanks to your crew!  I cannot tell you what a peace of mind it is to be gone that long and not have to worry about the care of the house, plants, mail and papers.

Bonny has been a life saver for me this year.  As a single working mom with a demanding career, I couldn't make it without her help.  She provides regular assistance to me, such as getting my 13-year old daughter where she needs to be or arranging for housecleaning services for me.  I never have to question whether it will be handled; if she says she'll do it, it gets done.  In addition, though, she's available to assist at a moment's notice, such as handling repairmen when an emergency crops up.  She never complains when, in the craziness of motherhood and work, I forget to tell her about a schedule change.  Bonny takes the initiative to keep as up to date as she possibly can on my daughter's schedule and always remains as flexible as possible.  Life is just easier since I found Bonny and her unique service!
